flamingo pier is a band and dj collective of new zealanders who started out in london. resident advisor's listings for the group go back to 2014, and their recorded debut followed in 2015 on kitsuné.

their self-titled ep arrived on soundway records in 2019, followed by a self-titled album on the same label in 2021. Beneath The Neon followed in 2023 on razor-n-tape.

collaborators across the catalogue include the new zealand jazz musician nathan haines, who featured on the 2021 album, and the nigerian disco artist steve monite.

the newest single, Cool Nights, is self released and arrived on 17 july 2026. it leads the album Woven Together, due on 9 october 2026, which the group made entirely on their own terms.
